Sharaka works on the ground, building vibrant Abraham Accords communities across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia. With strategically located offices in Israel, Bahrain, and Morocco, and a network of dedicated friends and volunteers in the UAE, South Asia and beyond, our efforts continue what the visionary leadership of the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Sudan and Israel have begun.
About the Program
Sharaka communities come together to jointly celebrate Muslim, Jewish and national holidays, share their cultures with the local Jewish communities and visitors, gain better understandings of Israeli society and history, and the rich heritage of the Jewish people.
These exchanges build friendship and dialogue where little existed prior. Sharaka communities also take pride in hosting visiting delegations from Israel or the American Jewish community, or groups from the United States and Europe.
These visits provide a unique opportunity for cross-cultural dialogue, help form lasting connections and promote a deeper understanding of the shared goals and aspirations.
